On Sunday, November 15, 2026, THE RACE 2026, an outrigger canoe race hosted by Wailea Canoe Club Japan, will be held.
This long-distance race takes place between Zaimokuza, Kamakura and Chigasaki, with separate outbound and return legs.
MEN, WOMEN, and MIX divisions will be offered, and participation from overseas clubs is also expected.

The MIX division may be assigned to either the outbound or return leg depending on the number of entries and the need to balance canoe numbers between the two legs.

MEN（OPEN / MASTERS 45+）
WOMEN（OPEN / MASTERS 45+）
MIX（OPEN / MASTERS 45+）
Paddlers aged 45 and over are eligible for the MASTERS division.
V6 / Unlimited entries will compete in the OPEN division.
The MIX division requires at least two female crew members.
Entry Fee
JPY 72,000 per team / crew
A partial refund is planned in the event the race is canceled.
The fee includes light refreshments at the awards ceremony.
