Date and time: Saturday, July 21, 2025, 10:00-14:00

Location: Zushi Coast Higashihama

Participation fee: 500 yen (insurance fee)

Expected number of participants: 150 people

Canoes to be used: OC6 x 5, OC4 x 2

*How to apply and reserve: Advance reservation on the website (starting June 9). We also plan to accept reservations on the day, but reservations will close when the capacity is reached.

*Registration will be conducted at the headquarters tent on the day. Please pay the participation fee (500 yen per person).

*After registration is completed, we will guide you to the canoe in order. Depending on the congestion situation, you may have to wait until the experience time. Please participate with plenty of time.

*If the event is canceled, we will notify you on the website at 6:00 a.m. on the day. Please note that the event may be canceled midway due to sudden changes in weather, etc.

*Anyone can participate, except for pregnant women and infants. However, depending on the situation on the day, preschool children may not be able to participate.

[Participation Pledge]
Please make the following pledge after fully understanding it.

1. When participating in the trial session, I will follow the instructions of the canoe instructors and staff on land and at sea.
2. I understand that I will get wet when on board.
3. I pledge not to hold any organization involved in the sponsoring, management, or cooperation of the trial session responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damage or loss of personal belongings that occur during the trial session.
4. To participate, I will pay 500 yen and submit a consent form. Children under the age of 18 will be required to submit a consent form signed by a parent or guardian.

The information provided will not be used for purposes other than the trial class.
◇Regarding the use of photos
◇ Snapshots and videos taken during the trial session may be used for the purpose of publishing them in the association’s leaflets, posters, websites, etc. created to promote the healthy use of outrigger canoeing in the future, as well as for the purpose of our public relations activities.
◇If there are any media coverage such as newspapers or TV, please cooperate.
