Masters Division<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Masters categories are generally divided in 10-year increments, with 5-year increments in the older age groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Master 40:<\/strong> 40 years and over <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Master 50:<\/strong> 50 years and over <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Master 60:<\/strong> 60 years and over <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Master 70:<\/strong> 70 years and over <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Master 75:<\/strong> 75 years and over <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Master 80:<\/strong> 80 years and over<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Para Division (Para Va&#8217;a)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Para Mixed (V6 \/ V12):<\/strong> Categories are divided according to disability classification (VL1\u2013VL4).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:49px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Key Entry Deadlines<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>From April 15 onward<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Entry fee: USD 150<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation fee: USD 100<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>May 20:<\/strong> Deadline for submission of paddler roster<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Late addition after deadline: USD 150<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>May 31:<\/strong> Entry fee payment deadline<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As Japan\u2019s Area Coordinator, JOCA provides information to domestic paddlers and clubs, conducts athlete selection, and coordinates participation for this event.<br>Athletes and crews representing Japan will be expected to compete as representatives of the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This championship is held every two years, alternating between Sprint and Long Distance events.<br>This year, the Sprint Championship will be held in Singapore, while last year\u2019s Long Distance Championship was held in Brazil.<br>Host venues are selected from bids submitted by member countries and regions, and are approved by IVF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the championship period, JOCA staff plan to provide on-site support.<br>In addition, JOCA is also considering offering partial financial support where possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that Singapore has very strict regulations regarding drugs and medications.<br>Prescription medicines and even some over-the-counter medicines may require prior confirmation or approval.<br>If you plan to travel to Singapore, please be sure to check the latest official information in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you wish to participate, please contact JOCA with your intended category, team composition, and representative contact details.<br>Some clubs and athletes may still be in the process of coordinating their participation, but if you are considering entering, please feel free to contact JOCA at any time.
